Director of Quality and Food Safety

We pride ourselves on our stringent food safety practices and the fact that we have had zero product recalls over our 150 + year history. Chris and his dedicated in-house quality control and food safety team makes it their mission to go another 150 years by ensuring we are consistently providing the highest quality leafy greens. Prior to joining us in 2010, Chris has specialized in quality assurance, analytical chemistry method development, recipe formulation and lab management during his 25 years working in the food industry. He has a BS in Biotechnology from the Mankato State University.
